You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.

You will oversee the execution of engineering projects from planning to delivery.

You will drive engineering best practices, architecture decisions, and code quality standards.

You will work closely with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.

You will conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback and career development support.

You will participate in hiring processes to attract and retain top engineering talent.

You will stay current with industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new tools and technologies that improve team productivity and code quality.

To achieve this, you need 8+ years of backend software development experience, strong expertise in Python and Django, B.tech in computer science or a related field, 2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience, solid hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in AWS, proven success managing projects in an agile environment, strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup or scale-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:
