The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to provide high-quality administrative support to senior management. This involves providing executive services, including taking dictation, composing and sending correspondence, emails, and managing agendas.
- Manage databases, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, take messages, type reports, and prepare presentations
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for dispatch
- Handle all correspondence, maintain office filing systems, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Update and maintain databases, including mailing lists, contact information, and client data
- Provide timely and accurate information when requested
- Organize travel arrangements for senior staff members
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas and minutes
Requirements:
- Graduate qualification in a relevant field
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
