About this Role

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to understand the financial goals and aspirations of your clients and provide personalized advice and solutions that meet their needs.

You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for business growth and provide creative, tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial objectives. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In addition to building relationships with clients, you will also be responsible for managing leads, scheduling appointments, and closing customer requests in a timely and efficient manner. You will work collaboratively with the team to share insights, exchange ideas, and support collective goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in financial planning or investment management
  • Proven experience in banking or financial services, particularly in sales or client relationship management
  • A track record of success in achieving sales targets and building long-lasting client relationships
