We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our Legal & Contracts team.

Job Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contract management, corporate laws, and employment regulations. They will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as managing ongoing litigation and disputes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including client & vendor master service agreements (MSAs) and statements of work (SOWs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), memoranda of understanding (MoUs), lease and office space agreements, IT/software licensing, SaaS, and technology contracts, employment and staffing-related agreements.
  • Participating in client/vendor calls for contract negotiations and clarifications.
  • Maintaining alignment with business requirements, risk frameworks, and compliance standards.
Litigation & Dispute Management:
  • Assisting in managing ongoing litigation, arbitration, and disputes.
  • Liaising with external legal counsel and maintaining case status reports.
  • Supporting business teams in responding to legal notices and regulatory queries.
HR Legal & Labour Law Support:
  • Providing advisory support on labour law compliance and employee-related legal issues.
  • Assisting HR in preparing employee agreements, policy updates, and statutory compliance.
Corporate Secretarial Support:
  • Preparing and maintaining statutory registers, records, and filings with MCA/ROC.
  • Drafting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board/Committee/General Meetings.
  • Supporting compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and allied regulations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: BA LL.B/ LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognised university.
  • Preferred: CS qualification (completed or pursuing); prior exposure to company secretarial compliance.
