Global Head of Human Resources

This is a highly strategic corporate role, requiring you to build and scale the HR function for a rapidly growing organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the executive HR leader across multiple regions.
  • Establishing a corporate-level HR framework — policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Designing scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across geographies.

You will be responsible for building the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone, overseeing local HR operations, and acting as a strategic partner to India-based executives.

Additionally, you will lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams. You will also partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.

Key qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
  • Track record of managing global HR strategy across multiple regions.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to offices across the globe.
