Job Description

Drive fabric innovation and excellence in textile development by leading high-impact projects with renowned global apparel brands. Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and design, to create cutting-edge fabric solutions that meet client expectations.

  • Develop and manage fabric projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and budget optimization.
  • Engage with clients globally to understand their fabric specifications and quality requirements, leveraging expertise to provide tailored solutions.
  • Innovate and develop fabric textures, compositions, and performance attributes through rigorous research and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize fabric properties, driving continuous improvement in textile technologies and sustainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful applicant will possess:

  • Postgraduate degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in fabric development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience in textile manufacturing processes such as Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing, and Finishing.
  • Strong understanding of fabric construction, fiber properties, and textile chemistry.
