Advanced Navigation Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Advanced Navigation Specialist to develop cutting-edge autonomous vehicle systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics, sensor fusion, and navigation algorithms with hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing ROS2 and Auto ware-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced navigation algorithms including path planning, localization, and mapping.
  • Develop and optimize motion planning systems for dynamic obstacle avoidance and trajectory generation.
  • Integrate semantic understanding of environments into navigation systems for enhanced decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of localization techniques including SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) and GNSS-aided navigation.
  • Proficiency in state estimation methods such as Kalman Filters (KF), Extended Kalman Filters (EKF), and Particle Filters.
  • Implement real-time sensor fusion techniques to ensure robust perception in dynamic environments.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with navigation path planning, motion planning, sensor fusion, SLAM algorithm techniques.
  • Proficiency in working with LiDAR, camera, radar, and IMU sensors.
  • Hands-on experience with Auto ware and ROS2.
  • Familiarity with Machine/Deep learning frameworks.
  • Experience with real-time systems and embedded software development.
  • Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in autonomous navigation or robotics development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python with a focus on ROS2 development.
