We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the growth and maturity of our Real-Time Digital Experience Platform. This individual will bridge teams across Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert within the Product Group and facilitating communication between Product and the rest of the business.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new Platform features, including Product, UX, Engineering, QA, and Engineering Operations Teams.
  • Partnering with Engineering Scrum Teams to ensure a shared understanding of the future state of the Platform & SaaS, considering scalable architecture for future business growth scenarios.
  • Capturing, managing, and communicating dependencies from application teams.
  • Creating and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria for successful feature delivery from Engineering.
  • Helping shape the Platform roadmap, deciding which platform features to build, and determining priority between new features, architectural improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Enabling Sales, Support, Professional Service field teams on new features as they are released.

Requirements include:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the Enterprise software industry.
  • Experience working closely with multiple teams of engineers/developers.
  • A good understanding of Agile/Scrum development concepts.
  • Deep expertise in translating use cases into user stories, particularly in Enterprise End User Computing, Monitoring, Experience Management solutions.
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems through a customer lens.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
