Security Researcher

As a Security Researcher, you will be instrumental in uncovering emerging threats and developing innovative solutions to counter them.

  • Key Responsibilities: Reversing sophisticated malware to identify malicious code, obfuscation techniques, and communication protocols, Conducting comprehensive research on attacker campaigns and techniques to support detection investments, Developing and optimizing generic threat detection strategies based on static and dynamic detection engines, Performing proactive and reactive threat hunting to identify detection issues from large-scale datasets, Responding to escalations to resolve detection effectiveness issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with reverse engineering and Android engineering, Programming fundamentals including encode/decode (Base 64) and cryptography (encryption/decryption), Experience with static analysis reverse engineering fundamentals such as decompilation, disassembly, and code auditing, Experience with dynamic analysis reverse engineering fundamentals such as debugging and monitoring, Experience with reverse engineering tools such as decompilers and disassemblers, Linux/Unix command-line experience, Strong communication and technical writing skills.
