Full-Stack AI Engineer

We're looking for skilled professionals to join our team of innovators in the field of Artificial Intelligence. As a Full-Stack AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing AI models that drive real-world impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine AI models with efficient production-ready code.
  • Evaluate model performance through testing and ranking.
  • Fine-tune models using datasets for Speech-to-Text and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback.
  • Ensure high-quality code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Innovate by exploring new strategies to enhance AI's usefulness, safety, and alignment with real-world needs.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Proficiency in modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (e.g., fine-tuning, prompting).
  • Background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
