Job Description

Omnibound is developing an AI-based operating system for B2B marketing teams. We assist CMOs and their teams in scaling campaigns, programs, and experiments faster by acting as a strategic co-pilot across the marketing org — from product and content marketing to demand gen and partner teams.

The role involves contributing to the architecture and supporting the initial launch of our product. This person should have deep technical experience in building SaaS and AI software applications from scratch that can scale to a large number of users and is a self-starter who likes to experiment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop the backend of our AI-based operating system using Python and Django REST Framework.
  • Implement RAG systems to read unstructured files, chunk, vectorize, retrieve, and evaluate.
  • Develop AI agents and utilize frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI or similar.
  • Integrate Vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate or Chroma DB.
  • Work with MySQL databases like PostgreSQL or similar, and NoSQL database like MongoDB or similar.
  • Apply machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Llama, and Gemini.
  • Manage large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Participate in agile web development, version control systems, and coding copilots.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Python and Django rest framework with at least 2 years of real-world experience.
  • Hands-on experience with building RAG systems – from reading unstructured files to chunking, vectorizing, retrieving, and evaluating.
