Lead Internal Audits in Our Organization

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of our governance framework and identifying areas for improvement.

About the Role:

  • Oversee audits independently across various business areas, including operations, IT systems, and governance.
  • Design and execute risk-based audit plans, leveraging data analytics and business insights to identify trends and emerging risks.
  • Provide assurance on management's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while sharing proactive insights with business teams on compliance needs.
  • Assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls across core and support functions, applying analytical thinking to identify root causes and systemic risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business, product, technology, credit, and operations teams to understand processes and risks.
  • Effectively communicate audit recommendations using data-driven insights and strong reasoning.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and impactful audit reports highlighting risks, impact, and solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and logic to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Business partnering skills, with the ability to build credibility and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical solutions and continuous improvements.
