As a seasoned professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting and knowledge process outsourcing firms, we are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of audit processes, driving efficiency and cost savings for clients through effective team management.
  • Mentor junior auditors, enhancing their capabilities and performance by providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation tools, elevating overall audit quality and reducing errors.

Analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Conduct detailed financial audits, verifying compliance with financial regulations is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant certification
  • Proven experience in accounting/KPO firms
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
