Financial Solutions Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Solutions Specialist to lead our sales efforts in the fintech industry.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with corporate clients, particularly in the micro-small and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice on managing currency and rate market exposure to clients using our treasury Agentic AI platform.
- Treasury Solutions: Oversee the delivery of treasury solutions to clients, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling our treasury platform.
- Key Account Management: Lead large account initiatives, ensuring effective business relationship management and efficient delivery.
- People Management: Recruit, train, and mentor sales teams to expand our network of MSMEs and corporates that could partner with our platform.
Requirements:
- Up to 5 years of experience in banking or finance, preferably with expertise in treasury, forex, commercial borrowings, or trade.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- A strong professional network in Mumbai.
- A startup mindset with a focus on innovation and growth.
