Job Title: MEP Project Engineer

We are seeking a skilled MEP project engineer to manage task-oriented groups and oversee the implementation of fire protection systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage designs and implementations to ensure specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Direct, monitor, and control subcontractor activities.
  • Supervise contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure work follows specifications and meets deadlines.
  • Inspect work sites for code compliance and safety hazards.
  • Ensure all plans meet regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate problem-solving among subcontractors, clients, and vendors.
  • Validate design issues related to Fire Fighting and suggest alternative solutions.
  • Coordinate and administer Fire Fighting related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
  • Ensure timely billing.

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech Mechanical with at least 3-5 years of experience in fire protection systems in high-rise, residential projects, or commercial buildings.
  • Excellent exposure to aspects of Fire Fighting Systems, Sprinkler systems, and Fire alarm system.
  • Experience in a full cycle of projects from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
