Job Summary:

As an advertising clientservicing manager at Square One, you will work as a liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout advertising campaigns. Your role will involve managing administrative and campaign work to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Handle marketing projects and digital campaigns from ideation to delivery, collaborating with design and planning teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication, and timely project delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging innovation and high standards in delivering ATL advertising campaigns.
  • Document Management: Create and maintain client documents and client interaction archives.
  • Client Presentations: Present creative work to clients for approval/modification.
  • Resource Optimization: Optimize the utilization of internal resources and teams to increase productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Maintain open channels of communication with each client, ensuring effective communication with other departments.
  • Progress Updates: Keep clients informed regarding updates, progress, and campaign performance.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Budget Management: Generate budget estimates and obtain approvals from clients.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Team Management Experience: Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in team management or leadership with a strong understanding of ATL advertising, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Post-graduation in Marketing/Advertising is required.
  • Candidate Skills: Ability to juggle clients while prioritizing individual requirements, being responsible for individual as well as team performance, strong analytical skills, ability to make skillful oral and written presentations, capacity to conduct thorough research and competitive analysis of clients and their competitors, ability to adapt, adjust, and perform with discipline and common sense, and fluency in basic languages (English and Hindi).

Salary Range: 9.60 LPA Experience: 4 years
