As a seasoned Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the team in Passenger Car Body-in-White (BIW) projects, leveraging 6 to 8 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of BIW structure and assembly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept generation of components with cost optimization ideas.
  • In-depth knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) of BIW components.
  • Strong understanding of materials, FMEA, GD&T, and Stack Up principles.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, manage deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects. Involvement in design reviews, packaging reviews, and prototyping activities is also expected.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
