**Job Title:** Claims Officer

We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, handling litigation claims, and overseeing MIS and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient claim settlements.
  • Handle litigation claims from inception to resolution, working closely with legal teams as needed.
  • Oversee MIS and compliance-related activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general insurance motor claims.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of automobiles, with hands-on experience in motor claim assessments and settlements across all motor insurance products.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Engineering or Graduate degree.
