Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound customer calls and provide timely solutions to their queries.

 

This role involves working closely with the Sales team to allocate leads and achieve sales targets, while ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong spoken English communication skills and be able to work flexible hours, including night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update CRM with new leads and make outbound calls daily using provided information
  • Verify and screen prospective customer data to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Capture additional information and assess customer interest in our products or services
  • Work closely with the Sales team to allocate leads and achieve sales targets
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently

 

Requirements:

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized university
  • Strong spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts
  • Highly energetic and motivated individual with a passion for rapid growth and development
