Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Export Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Documentation Management:
    • Prepare and manage pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, including invoices, shipping labels, and customs clearance documents.
    • Ensure all documentation is accurate and meets regulatory requirements.

  • Coordination and Communication:

    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and logistics personnel, to ensure smooth execution of export operations.
    • Maintain effective communication with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Deviation Management:

    • Handle shipment-related deviation approvals and manage freight claims.

  • Payment and Terms of Trade Coordination:

    • Ensure adherence to payment terms and conditions with customers.

  • MIS Reporting:

    • Prepare regular reports on export performance metrics, including cost-effective operations and documentation compliance.

  • Legal and Compliance:

    • Ensure proper arrangements for certificates of origin, legalization, and other legal formalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Exports or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Functional Skills:
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in exports and customs clearance.
  • Experience Required:
  • 4-6 years of experience in Export Operations, with a focus on documentation and compliance.
