Key Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement journey in business processes and systems at the site
  • Engage MIPs and workforce to participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support and facilitate Six Sigma YB/GB/BB certification of MIPs
  • Facilitate implementation of Asset Optimization Framework and its Modules
  • Perform value chain assessments to establish maturity levels and identify gaps in operational processes
  • Conduct trainings and workshops on TPM, 5S, OEE, PM, RCA, Kaizen, Six sigma
  • Ensure problem-solving tools learning applications for analysis of problems and propose solutions
  • Document improvements, projects, and measuring effectiveness and financial benefits
  • Prepare and share MIS of continuous improvement and status of AO Module implementation
