Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosis and Treatment: Analyze medical test results, such as blood tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tools
  • Formulate accurate diagnoses based on gathered information and test results
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement treatment plans, which may include medications, surgery, or other therapeutic interventions
  • Patient Prescription and Medication Management: Prescribe appropriate medications and dosage, considering the patient's condition, medical history, and potential interactions
  • Monitor and adjust medication regimens as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Procedures and Surgeries: Perform minor medical procedures within their scope of practice
  • Refer patients to specialists for advanced procedures or surgeries when necessary
  • Health Promotion and Disease Prevention: Educate patients about preventive healthcare measures and lifestyle modifications
  • Conduct screenings for various conditions and recommend immunizations
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient
