Tower Design Expert

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Tower Design Engineer/Manager.

About the Job:

  • Tower Design: Create detailed tower drawings, structural analysis, and design calculations in compliance with international standards.
  • Estimation & Planning: Develop BOQ, BOM, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
  • Client Coordination: Evaluate client specifications, tender documents, and provide technical & commercial proposals.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site execution teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.
  • Load Analysis & Optimization: Perform load analysis, proto development support, and optimization of tower design for cost-effectiveness.
  • Estimation Process: Lead the estimation process for domestic and international transmission & substation projects.
  • Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessment, and value engineering for new projects.
  • Planning & Resource Management: Support planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies for design approvals and clarifications.
  • ERP Implementation: Implement ERP/SAP systems for estimation, planning, and inventory management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Master's in Engineering preferred).
  • 05–12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, MS Tower) and ERP tools (SAP/JDE).
  • Strong knowledge of international standards (IS, IEC, ASCE, ASTM, etc.).
  • Experience in global tendering & estimation for OHTL, Substations, and Telecom Tower projects.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
