Information Security Leadership Opportunity

At our organization, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of security awareness and excellence. To achieve this goal, we seek an accomplished Information Security leader to oversee the development and implementation of our enterprise-wide information security strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security architectures that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive security awareness and training programs to educate employees on best practices and potential threats.
  • Leading the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of our operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitoring and analyzing security incidents and breaches, and coordinating incident response activities to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven track record in information security roles, with at least 7+ years of experience and 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management, security operations, and incident response.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
