Post-Silicon Validation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Silicon Validation Manager to lead our validation efforts in Bengaluru.

This is a critical role that requires expertise in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips. The ideal candidate will have strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and probes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing validation team, owning the validation strategy for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems, setting up world-class labs and automation frameworks, and collaborating across IC design, firmware, and system teams globally.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing automation scripts using Python / C / C++ for data analysis.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams. You will also need to have a passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies.

Requirements
  • 10+ years in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips
  • Strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, probes
  • Proficiency in Python / C / C++ for automation and data analysis
  • Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams
  • Passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies
