We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Quantity Estimator. This position involves analyzing project specifications and estimating costs for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in cost estimation, measurement methods, and relevant software such as AutoCAD and MS Excel.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to accurately estimate costs.
  • Identifying project requirements, including materials, equipment, labor, and other resources necessary for project cost.
  • Ensuring all cost estimates align with industry standards to maintain compliance and quality.
  • Using appropriate measurement methods to assess quantities and ensure accuracy.
  • Proficiency in working with industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and MS Excel.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Good technical writing skills with the ability to create clear and concise reports.
