Animator and Rigging Mentor

We are seeking an experienced Animator and Rigging expert to mentor and direct our artists, particularly in the field of Animation.

This role involves providing training on Autodesk Maya & Blender software for film and advertising needs, from basic to advanced levels. Priority is given to teaching Animation & Rigging in various styles (realistic, cartoonish, stylized, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have mastery of animation principles and the ability to apply them flexibly, especially in realistic or semi-realistic character animation. They should also be proficient in animation workflows and pipelines, as well as problem-solving and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing training on Animation and Rigging using Blender and Maya software
  • Mentoring junior animators and riggers
  • Reviewing results and providing feedback
  • Creating rigging that facilitates animators
  • Adapting rigs to animation styles
