Job Description

As a seasoned Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the management and maintenance of our AVD infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless operation of AVD environments, including hosting pools, VM instances, application groups, and workspaces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and managing AVD host pools, VM instances, and application groups
  • Providing access to remote applications, desktops, and adding new VMs to host pools
  • Managing pooled and private VDI host pools
  • Administering FSLogix User Profile Management for Azure WVD environments
  • Deploying Azure IaaS virtual machines and Cloud services into secure VNets and subnets
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop administration
  • Hands-on experience with Nerdio Manager tool
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication skills
