Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to own our Go-To-Market (GTM) automation stack and bring engineering discipline to sales & marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building automation pipelines for prospecting, lead enrichment, and outreach using Python and tools like n8n/Zapier.

The selected individual will also integrate AI APIs into GTM workflows for personalization & lead scoring, automate discovery + engagement on various channels, clean & model data to support ICP design, segmentation, and growth analytics, and rapidly experiment with growth hacks → prototype, measure, iterate.

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years experience in automation engineering, growth ops, or data engineering.
  • Strong skills in Python, APIs, and data wrangling (SQL/Pandas).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) + integrations (HubSpot, Apollo, Slack, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) is highly desirable.
  • Startup mindset: scrappy, fast, outcome-oriented.
