Senior Credit Analyst Position

This role is responsible for analyzing and validating credit ratings, assessing industry risk scores, and collaborating with stakeholders to make informed decisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Validating internal and external credit ratings of clients across various sectors.
  • Conducting detailed reviews of credit reports and preparing rating rationale with changes in risk scores.
  • Reviewing deviations from established credit policies and making recommendations to senior management regarding policy compliance, portfolio risk, and industry prospects.
  • Approving judgemental rating actions proposed based on delegation matrices.
  • Collaborating with credit teams and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Interacting effectively with business groups across various sectors.
  • Resolving internal audit queries efficiently and staying updated on the latest industry developments through training and industry databases.
  • Benchmarking companies within sectors and developing key performance indicators for direct reports.
  • Nurturing talent by providing guidance, feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to individuals.
