Tile and Sanitary Ware Product Line Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Line Manager to spearhead the strategic direction of our tile and sanitary ware offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage market insights to inform product development, pricing, and supplier partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers/manufacturers within the tile and sanitary ware ecosystem.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with suppliers to optimize cost efficiencies while ensuring quality benchmarks are met.
- Ensure suppliers adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) on lead time, quality, and delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure optimal product availability while balancing working capital requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor sourcing, and pricing benchmarks to maintain a competitive edge.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align supply with customer demand and project timelines.
- 5-8 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or vendor management within tiles, sanitary ware, or allied building materials.
- Prior work with large retailers (Home Improvement, Organized Tile/Sanitary Ware Retail Chains) or within sourcing/procurement teams of major tile/sanitary ware brands.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Deep understanding of vendor ecosystems in tiles & sanitary ware. Analytical mindset with ability to drive cost and efficiency improvements. Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
