Job Overview

As a Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the effective use of assets and contracts within our organization. This position requires strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of professionals and ensure the highest level of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of asset/contract management professionals to ensure efficient operations
  • Responsible for understanding operational requirements, researching best practices, and maintaining the highest level of performance of the team
  • Ensure all assets/contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed as necessary
  • Oversee the use and management of assets within our platform
  • Identify and implement improvements to contract and asset management processes
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract and asset management activities
  • Responsible for training and development opportunities for team members
  • Responsible for managing resourcing requirements
  • Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional interactions and ensures all staff members perform at a consistently high level
  • Attend meetings and respond to written/electronic correspondence and liaise closely with onshore Functional teams for day-to-day operations
  • Act on team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team
  • Apply matrix organization guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management and asset management, preferably with 7-12 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Willingness to adapt quickly to new working conditions and deliver outcomes
  • Curiosity to understand systems, processes, and people for delivering outcomes
  • Proficiency in our platform and other relevant software tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience working in a matrix organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred
