Job Title: Strategic Dynamics 365 Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including CRM and Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consulting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps
  • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to co-create solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Drive delivery and pursue opportunities independently
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
  • Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage client engagements
