Job Role: Global Business Development Associate

We are seeking a proactive business development professional to drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing sales pipelines, and nurturing leads to offer services such as accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of core accounting principles and a proven ability to use a consultative sales approach to build relationships and close new client deals. They must also be skilled at creating and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional services.
  • Deep understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and common tax compliance and auditing standards preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers by leveraging financial expertise.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • An MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Be self-motivated and comfortable with sales quota attainment, ongoing relationship management, and a can-do mentality required in an early-stage channel of the organization.
