Operations Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader Operations to join our fast-growing operations team in Malaysia.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in managing day-to-day operations, driving performance excellence, and ensuring quality support.

  • Manage daily operations, drive performance excellence, and ensure quality support for a leading social media platform
  • Supervise call center associates, monitor work and attendance, and implement corrective action as needed
  • Coach direct reports on their performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans
  • Evaluate service delivery against contractual KPIs and financial expectations
  • Communicate expectations to employees, provide timely updates, and handle escalated customer calls as needed

Candidate Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to lead teams in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
