Healthcare Operations Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality medical services at our unit. Your expertise in healthcare operations and leadership skills will drive excellence in patient care.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure seamless clinical services.
- Conduct thorough analysis of departmental requirements and participate in tariff revisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to optimize doctor costs, surgical, and medical charges while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate medical advisory board meetings, committee interactions, and quality improvement initiatives reporting.
- Manage consultant onboarding, credentialing, and privileging processes, ensuring accurate personnel records.
- Review and respond to medico-legal cases, maintain trackers, and contribute to clinical input for Unit Heads.
- Hold an MBBS degree along with a Master's in Hospital Administration (MHA) qualification.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Medical Superintendent.
- Demonstrate strong team leadership abilities and effective collaboration skills within a dynamic environment.
