Visual Communication Specialist Job Description

    A Visual Communication Specialist is required to conceptualize and design impactful visual content that reflects our brand values and resonates with our target audience. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating logo designs, brand identities, comprehensive branding guidelines, packaging designs, communication materials, marketing collaterals, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and print/digital advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design logos and brand identities that reflect our company's values and resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop comprehensive branding guidelines and create packaging designs that are visually appealing and functional.
  • Design communication materials, including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and print/digital advertisements.
  • Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives across digital and print platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs effectively support campaigns and business goals.
  • Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout to produce designs that connect with our target audience.
  • Use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to execute projects.
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Communication Designer.
  • Experience in creating brand communication material (social media, ads, broches, packaging, presentations, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and knowledge of Figma / Canva / CorelDRAW for quick design tasks.
