**Job Overview:**

The Hackett Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement and Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing strategic procurement initiatives and optimizing inventory management processes.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize inventory management systems.
  • Provide expert-level support for the development and implementation of new business processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of large-scale projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or inventory management, preferably in the SAP MM CIN module.
  • Expert knowledge of India Tax Procedures and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels and departments.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Proven track record of impacting results through strategic decision-making and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and demonstrate proactive thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal relations and mentoring skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and negotiation/persuasion skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
