Job Description:

The Inventory Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of production ingredients, supplies and raw materials. This includes ensuring the availability of raw materials for production while minimizing excess stock, monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking, and implementing FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and proper storage practices.

In addition, the Inventory Management Specialist will oversee the supervision of staff, manage a team of storekeepers and store personnel, assign tasks and responsibilities to staff, provide training and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in inventory management, ordering and procurement, analytical skills, and adaptability. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
