Visual Content Creator

As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will create compelling visual content for clients. Your primary responsibility is to craft engaging social media graphics, including Instagram carousels, YouTube thumbnails, and story templates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop visual narratives that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity, typography, color palette, iconography, and illustration style.
- Create motion graphics and edit simple videos when needed, ensuring they meet brand standards.
- Data-driven design: Analyze performance metrics and iterate on designs with rapid A/B tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
- 2–5 years of experience in social design for consumer brands or media companies.
- A strong portfolio showcasing Instagram-first work (carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, data illustrations).
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic After Effects/Premiere for motion graphics.
- Solid understanding of typography and layout fundamentals, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience designing for WhatsApp campaigns and YouTube (thumbnails that drive click-through rates).
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools to streamline workflows.
