Position Overview:

We seek a seasoned performance marketing leader to drive and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead creation and management of paid campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with measurable results.
  • Demonstrated proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in B2B environment.
