This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of finance and work with a talented team of product designers focused on delivering world-class user-centered experiences.

The successful candidate will have expertise in building, evolving, and maintaining a robust design system for SBS products, with exposure to user interface (UI) design for enterprise applications, design system utilization, requirement comprehension, and user experience (UX) principles.

About the Role:

The Chief Product Design Strategist will work closely with product designers, product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional design deliverables across design systems and banking products.

Key responsibilities include implementing and continuously improving design system styles, components, and patterns for banking products while ensuring brand alignment and consistency.

Additionally, the successful candidate will implement design guidelines to meet overall design standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables align with product requirements, and establish high-quality standards for their work.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a strong background in design, specifically in Figma, with experience building design systems for world-class enterprise applications in the financial services space.

They should also possess excellent communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and experience balancing creative and analytical design goals.

A degree in IT or design-related field is preferred, along with fluency in English.

Location and Salary:

This position is based at the Noida Campus, and we offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, estimated to be around ₹25-35 lakhs per annum.
