Backend Developer Position

As a skilled professional, you will play a crucial part in our team by building and maintaining core backend systems. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing APIs to power frontend, mobile apps, and third-party integrations. You will take ownership of features from development to deployment, ensuring that they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build scalable backend systems using PHP and Laravel for user authentication, payments, and subscriptions. Ensure efficient code and streamline processes to enhance performance.
  • Develop clean, maintainable code and optimize existing systems to handle scale. Debug and fix issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional team to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Actively contribute to discussions around product features and technical approaches.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain secure backend systems. Identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities or improve processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of backend development experience, preferably in a SaaS startup or small team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP and Laravel for backend development. Strong knowledge of MySQL for managing complex databases. Hands-on experience with building and managing APIs for scalable applications.
  • Mindset: Startup mentality: adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks. Customer-focused approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
