Printed Circuit Board Designer Position Overview

This role is responsible for designing and developing printed circuit boards (PCBs) that meet the technical requirements of our clients.

  • Key responsibilities include:

Design Responsibilities:

• Designing PCBs using various software tools such as CAD programs, simulation software, and other relevant design tools.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure PCB designs meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.

• Developing and maintaining PCB design standards and best practices.

• Troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues.

• Optimizing PCB design for manufacturing and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.

• Strong skills in electronic circuit design (analog & digital), circuit simulation (PSpice / LTSpice / Cadence), PCBA testing, mixed-signal electronics, rework/repair, grounding & shielding (EMI/EMC), and microcontrollers / FPGAs.

• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant design tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
