Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property operations and excellent leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring that all administrative functions, Housekeeping, Horticulture, Facade & Water Body Cleaning issues and facility services are covered.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Maintenance of adequate stocks and materials to ensure smooth operations, as well as management of supply and service contracts.
  • Participation in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
  • Health and safety issues monitoring and active participation in reviewing them.

  • Fostering a culture of excellence, where client satisfaction is paramount, and opportunities for improvement are continually sought.
  • Effective collaboration with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
  • Routine service audits to maintain overall performance standards.
  • Preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports to clients.

Requirements:

  • A degree in business or hotel and building management, along with at least three to five years' experience in facilities management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of occupational safety and client-centric operations.
  • Proven track record in team management, including effectively rolling out improvement plans and possessing superior communication and reporting skills.
