Human Resources Operations Manager

Job Overview:
This role entails overseeing various facets of human resources operations. Key responsibilities include managing SAP and non-SAP operations, vendor management, Sodexo card management, onboarding, and manual letter creation.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and Service Requests in SAP for invoice processing and obtaining payment barcodes to share with stakeholders.
- Following up on payments and tracking them through different levels of approvers for timely processing.
- Maintaining accurate MIS reports for all payments by financial year.
- Managing invoice collection and final payouts within defined timelines.
- Executing critical invoices within set timeframes.
- Resolving payment-related queries for held payments.
- Planning senior management inductions as per HRBP requests.
- Organizing in-person interactions with senior management employees.
- Coordinating with Plant HRs for tour visits by senior management employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in operations.
- 3-5 years specifically in HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
