Lead Risk Management and Assurance Specialist

This is a highly demanding role that requires the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within an organization. As a risk management professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business practices are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
You will lead audits independently across various business processes, operations, IT systems, and governance. Your goal will be to provide assurance on management's compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities. You should be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute risk-based audit plans to identify potential risks and control gaps.
- Leverage data analytics and business insights to drive meaningful recommendations and improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and outcomes.
