Our company is seeking an Automation Test Lead to develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and data.
This role involves creating and improving automated tests for new system features and enhancements. The Automation Test Lead will execute automated tests, manage defect logs, and ensure accurate validation.
Key responsibilities include identifying and reporting questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies to product teams. Additionally, the Automation Test Lead will document and mentor QA engineers in testing frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to debug test failures and trace to failing code. Experience building automation frameworks for web-based software and mobile platforms is also required.
Other key qualifications include a strong background in automation using object-oriented programming language, integrating automated testing into a Jenkins CI/CD framework, and possessing strong SQL skills and/or data validation.
