Facilities Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and modification works for site infrastructure and machineries.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Housing and Cleaning Activities: Control housekeeping and cleaning activities of the premises.
  2. Pest Control and Sanitization: Control sanitization and pest control activities of the premises.
  3. Maintenance Services: Provide preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, trouble shooting, repairs, and modification works for site infrastructure and machineries.
  4. Pantry Support: Support pantry services for the site.
  5. Operational Improvement: Support operations for system improvement and facility improvement.
  6. Infrastructure Upkeep: Maintain and upkeep facility infrastructure.
  7. Contract Management: Prepare contracts for housekeeping, pest control, and repairs & maintenance activities.
  8. Record Keeping: Control and records keeping of all the above activities.
  9. Safety Compliance: Fulfill all safety requirements of the facility as per Amazon Standard and Indian Factory Rules.
  10. Statutory Compliance: Fulfill all statutory requirements applicable to the facility management.
  11. Bill Payments: Timely payment of regular bills such as electricity, water, rented machines, facility rent, etc.
  12. Inventory Management: Manage spares and inventory control.
  13. Employee Development: Train and develop people.
  14. Infrastructure Projects: Undertake infrastructure improvement, modification, and project jobs as required for the facility from time to time.
  15. Budgeting: Prepare opex and capex budgets.
  16. Procedure Development: Develop standard procedures and check sheets for safe handling of routine activities.
  17. Document Control: Control and maintain documents and records for statutory, maintenance, engineering, safety, and quality purposes.
