About This Role

You will be shaping the future of cybersecurity, working fast, valuing ongoing learning, and respecting each employee as a unique individual. Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between IT Development and business functions to drive system enhancements to completion.
  • Resolve Tier 2 support requests driving to timely resolution for the end user.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tier 2 tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, sales forecasting, and other sales tools.

You will work closely with our Subject Matter Experts and IT to research & resolve issues related to Salesforce & Clari. Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and our Revenue Acceleration team to understand business requirements for systemic enhancements.

Requirements
  • 9+ years of professional experience in system and tools support, with a strong background in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce certification is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, terminology, and best practices, with particular focus on data security.

The ideal candidate has experience working in sales environments and sales processes, skilled in driving system and process changes in Agile environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
